A Boy Growing in Confidence
One of our youngest participants, a 10-year-old boy, came to us shy and facing significant challenges related to food. With the encouragement of his support worker, he now takes part in weekly cooking sessions, where he explores new foods and tastes.
This has not only expanded his food options but also reduced the need for a strict mealtime management plan. Most importantly, his confidence has grown, turning mealtimes into positive and enjoyable experiences.

Building Independence Step by Step

Over time, these small victories built his confidence and sense of responsibility. Today, he manages much of his day independently and takes pride in his progress.
